  • Andy Cohen calls out ‘The Talk’ for leaning on one host: ‘CBS should quadruple your salary’

Jerry O’Connell was on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Monday, and The Talk co-host was caught off guard when Cohen claimed he carried the daytime show. “I have to say, I have been noticing all day, Jerry, because I saw you this morning too, you have been hunched over all day,” Cohen said. “And I know it's because you are carrying The Talk on your back. Honestly. I'm sorry but CBS should quadruple your salary. There is one person carrying the show and I'm sorry but he is sitting right here because without Jerry there ain't no show. There ain't no show without Jerry.” “We love everyone at The Talk,” said O’Connell while Cohen was ranting. “I am currently employed there…Andy’s words, not mine. I love everyone.” O’Connell was a popular guest and guest-host on the show for years before CBS made him an permanent co-host in 2021. And some viewers agreed with Cohen’s take that O’Connell has been carrying the show recently. While O’Connell refuted Cohen’s assertions, it was the late night host who got in the last word. “Guess what, there’s no show without Jerry,” he said, before moving on to another topic.

  • Rosie O'Donnell discusses awkward relationship with Ellen DeGeneres: 'We had a bit of a weird thing'

On Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen Thursday, actress and former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell discussed the "weird" relationship she has with Ellen DeGeneres. When asked why she never made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show during its 20-year run, O'Donnell admitted that they likely didn't have her on as a guest because they "had a little bit of a weird thing." O'Donnell shared, "After my show went off the air, and hers was coming on the air, Larry King was on with Ellen and he said, 'Whatever happened to Rosie O'Donnell? Her show went down the tubes. She came out as a lesbian and disappeared.' And Ellen said, and I'm quoting, 'I don't know Rosie. We're not friends.'" Given the fact that DeGeneres went on The Rosie O'Donnell Show in 1996, where she danced around the gossip regarding her sexuality by saying her character was going to come out as "Lebanese," months before she came out as gay on her self-titled sitcom Ellen, O'Donnell was hurt that DeGeneres later said she didn't know her. "I was in bed with Kelli and I went, 'Did I just hear that or was that, like, a hallucination auditory voice?' I'm like, no, and that's what happened, and it hurt my feelings like a baby and I never really got over it," said O'Donnell. O'Donnell did share that The Ellen Show did finally ask her to appear toward the end of the show's run to promote her Showtime comedy series SMILF, but O'Donnell asked if she could bring a guest to make it "a little less awkward," but they rejected her request so, ultimately, she passed. However, despite the awkwardness, she wishes Ellen all the best. "I wish her all good things in her life and that she should be well. So there you go. But I never did it. I never did it," concluded O'Donnell.

Viewers were shocked by the news that Kyle had breast reduction surgery just three weeks ago. • Jesse Williams NSFW video leaks and goes viral as he discusses being nude on stage on 'WWHL'

  • NSFW video of Jessie Williams leaks as he appears on 'WWHL' to discuss being nude on stage

On Watch What Happens Live Monday night, as Andy Cohen praised Jessie Williams and Jesse Tyler Ferguson's new Broadway play Take Me Out, Twitter was praising Williams after a video of the actor's full frontal shower scene leaked online and quickly went viral. While on WWHL, Williams discussed being nude on stage for his Broadway debut, as he shared, "A nonreaction is a really interesting reaction. The quiet, you know. Creates a lot of insecurity," shared Williams. Earlier in the day, Williams received a Tony nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for his role in the Broadway show, which opened in April. Audience members are required to place their phones and devices in locked sleeves to prevent recording during the show. However, one spectator clearly broke the rules. It was evident that the video had not yet leaked during the filming of WWHL, as Williams shared, "I don't like any of it. I've learned in my minutes in theater, which is all a first for me, is don't read into it. Because it just creates more insecurity." "How insane, though, that this is your state debut and you're, like, fully naked. I mean, that's doubly scary," said Cohen, to which Williams responded, "I'm told it's quite insane, but it's a first so I have nothing to compare it to and I won't be scared of anything after this, that's for sure." Based on the tens of thousands of tweets that were posted by amazed fans within a few hours of the video going viral, it's safe to say that Williams does not need to worry about feeling insecure.  In fact, many people pointed out how the show will likely be sold out now. However, Williams is definitely in for an interesting week as it may be a little challenging for him to not "read into" any of the comments.

The series ended with his character, Mitch, and Eric Stonestreet’s character Cam moving to Missouri. “There were discussions,” Ferguson revealed. “I think the network decided against it. That's the first time I ever said that!” Despite rumors of a spinoff floating around, Ferguson had previously been tight lipped about the possibility. And even though the series won a combined 22 Emmys, he believes the network is looking for a more modern Modern Family. “I just wonder if this is the right family to tell this story,” Ferguson explained. “I think…we’ve been on for 11 years and they’re ready to move in a different direction.”

She may be an Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning actress, but she's just like us.

  • Elisabeth Moss's embarrassing fangirl moments with Sandra Bullock and Bill Murray

On Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen Tuesday night, actress Elisabeth Moss stopped by to promote her new Apple TV+ series, Shining Girls. While in the clubhouse, she also shared the hilarious story of when she embarrassed herself while fangirling out in front of fellow actress Sandra Bullock. Moss shared, "I just didn't know what to say. She is so cool, and so funny, and we stood backstage next to each other at, like, God knows which thing, and I just stood there and didn't say anything to her. Like, awkwardly. I froze." It wasn't the first time Moss had met Bullock. In fact, the Handmaid's Tale star's first acting role was playing Bullock's daughter in a TV mini series called Lucky Chances, when she was only seven years old. That was, of course, a long time ago. Now, Moss is an Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG award-winning actress, but she still manages to embarrass herself, including in recent years, when she was starstruck while working with Bill Murray on The French Dispatch. According to Moss, she also fangirled out over Murray because he is a Chicago Cubs fan. "I worked with him and then, on the last day, I finally brought the Cubs up and it was super lame. I was like, 'So, yeah, the Cubs, right? Pretty great team.' It was so dumb. It was really pathetic," admitted Moss.

  • Touching reason Tupac Shakur was Rosie Perez’s date to ‘93 Soul Train Awards: ‘My fondest memory'

Rosie Perez recalled her fondest memory of Tupac Shakur, on Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “My fondest memory of Tupac was when we went to the Soul Train Music Awards together,” Perez said. “Everyone asks me, yes, we were stoned off our asses when we came out of the limo and he held my hand to make a guy jealous… We weren’t dating and everyone thought we were.” While they looked like a couple, even holding hands on the red carpet, Perez revealed Shakur was actually a last minute replacement. “Because the guy was supposed to go with me, and then he called me up the day, an hour before I was supposed to get in the car, and said ‘I can't go because then my girlfriend is going to see me on camera with you.’ I said, ‘You son of a bitch!’” After Shakur heard that Perez had been stood up, he asked if she could picture them rolling to the award show together. “He goes, ‘Hey, how are you doing?’ I was like, [crying]. He was like, “I'm on my way. F*** him!” “That’s awesome!” “She has the best stories.” “Wow!”
